Should you wish to enquire regarding our End-point Assessment service, please fill out the Enquiry Form and return it to epa@vistaassessmentsolutions.co.uk

Please note: If you have 10+ Apprentices that will require End-point Assessment throughout the year we may be able to offer a bulk purchase discount.

To help your Apprentice, once they are registered for our End-point Assessment (EPA), we give them access to our EPA preparation tool. The online platform provides the examinee with a rage of resources to help them to prepare for the Gateway and EPA. User-friendly technology takes the Apprentice through a series of questions, to suggest material personalised to their Apprenticeship standard and their confidence/ability levels.

The first step is to become an approved customer.

This is done by letting us know your requirements by completing the Enquiry Form

Following this and once you have agreed to our terms of business we will then provide you access to our Client Portal where you will be able to make an EPA Booking securely. A member of our EPA Team will then contact you to confirm your exact requirements to finalise the booking. We’ll also check your Apprentice/s meet the gateway criteria – this is an essential stage in all standards.

It is the employers responsibility to decide which End-point Assessment Organisation they wish to use for their Apprentices End-point Assessments. This might be based on reputation and good standing or their trust in the organisation helping their apprentice to learn and demonstrate the right knowledge, skills and behaviours. Here are a few reason why you may want to consider us:

Planning who to use for your EPA.

After sitting the Functional Skills Assessment, the results will be available online and you need to upload these to the EPA portal. If your Apprentice had already achieved the level of English and/or Maths set by the standard, you would submit these results in the same way. Acceptable evidence is full certificate or e-certificate, statement of results issued by an Awarding Organisation, screenshot of the Awarding Organisation’s system showing the qualification has been achieved/awarded or a copy of the individuals Personal Learner Record.

Any venue used for End-point Assessment must have an up-to-date Risk Assessment carried out to be approved before we can use it. It will need to comply with our health and safety requirements. Therefore you will need to upload your Insurance Certificate, as well as the latest Health and Safety Risk Assessment. This can be submitted via your Client Portal. Your independent End-point Assessor will contact you a week before the assessment to ensure everything is ready.
